We take time and care to share with candidates about where the client’s business is, what stage of development and the key deliverables needed from the role they are recruiting for. We have found that an important element of a successful assignment is proper understanding and expectations of the scope of responsibility and authority of the position as well as the support and guidance from the sponsor to the manager.

Mentor Coaching

A critical element of the Interim Management methodology has been ensuring that our interim manager receives timely feedback from the client and to coach both our client and interim manager on the roles they need to play in order to get to the results agreed on.

We have provided personal coaching to select key managers of our clients for specific areas of improvement such as developing strategies to implementation processes, and change management and interpersonal skills.
