Transitions Asia ensures our clients succeed in their business transitions by making sure that we truly understand what their critical challenges are and by ensuring a timely interim management solution.

We implement fast and reliable solutions tailored to meet our client's corporate objectives, using a unique project management process based on the Triangular Relationship, which fosters interaction between the client, the Interim Manager and the Counsellor.

Each Counsellor is a senior executive, with previous experience as a CEO or CFO, together with a consulting background.  They analyze the client's business objectives and needs, and select the right interim managers for a particular situation.

They monitor progress through a regular review process and provide a link into EIM's global exceptional resource of shared knowledge and accumulated experience in the management of projects and change situations.  They ensure that an on-going plan for future action is set in place at the end of the assignment.

Our team of practising Interim Managers is made up of high calibre senior executives with over 25 years of operational experiences with multinational company background, representing all functions of a company: CEO, CFO, COO, HR, Supply Chain Management and Marketing.  This allows us to successfully implement projects in the industrial, engineering, technology, retail, financial services and the public sector.  Our clients range from major multinationals, to medium sized companies and private equity firms. Globally, EIM has a proven track record in having successfully completed over 8,000 high level interim management assignments involving:
