Albert is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across different business sectors in Hong Kong, the Greater China, and the Asia Pacific Region. He is experienced in transforming organizations in which he leads strategic human resources management and spearheads the people and organizational agenda. He is particularly interested in areas such as talent management, employee engagement & communications, and employer’s brand building with proven records.

Albert is currently a Partner in Transitions Asia Limited (TAL) supporting clients on talent resourcing and consulting matters. Before TAL, he was the Director, Human Resources of K.Wah International Holdings Limited overseeing the human resources, information technology and administration functions. Prior to K.Wah, he was the Director (Human Resources) of Link Assets Management Limited leading the human resources, learning & development and administration for Link REIT. He also held various human resources leadership roles at multi-national companies in the educational, technology and industrial sectors including Pearson Group plc., Cirrus Logic, Inc. and British Oxygen Corporation plc.

Albert holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong major in Government & Public Administration. He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom; and The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. He has been a Mentor of the HKU Mentorship Programme for years.
